Health Pharmaceutical (China) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Health Pharmaceutical) was established in August 1990. Its main business is the development, production and sale of Eagle's foods, health foods, traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and pharmaceutical products. In April 2002, Joincare Pharmaceutical Group Industry Co., Ltd. acquired 100% equity of Health Pharmaceutical (China) Co., Ltd., and Health Pharmaceutical became a subsidiary of Joincare Pharmaceutical Group. 
        As early as in the early 1970s, the world's first new type of American ginseng product, "Eagle's American Ginseng Tea", was successfully launched. Since then, the ready-to-drink American ginseng products have entered the ranks of contemporary health products.
